NPM were appointed Head Contractor for the 201 Elizabeth Street refurbishment project including 1,896 m2 of speculative suites, 9 floors of bathroom & lobby refurbishment and 5 floors of make goods for property owners, Charter Hall.
Working closely in partnership with Charter Hall, Census Advisory (Principal Project Manager), Solutions Consulting Australia and Creo Design Group the first speculative suite has been completed.
The design of the suite on Level 18 captures deep earthy tones with contrasting crisp whites, and lighter shades of brown and beige. Open plan kitchen and breakout areas offer a spacious and airy atmosphere, whilst overlooking the Sydney city skyline, and providing lots of natural light to filter throughout the space.
The boardroom reflects contrasting dark and light shades with wooden battens along the ceiling and creating an attractive aesthetic to a professional meeting area. Like the rest of the suite, the room feels open and welcoming. A softer colour palette and modern furniture design complements the curved glass walls of the boardroom and separate meeting rooms.
