Our Victorian team is thrilled with delivering this high-end and open layout for The GPT Group.

Working in partnership with Creo Design Group on this speculative suite our construction team applied value engineering in the design planning phase to maximise investment through build techniques.

The 589m2 ‘Terra Flora’ workspace draws on the Australian Outback landscape and connects people with nature to improve well-being and quality of life through organic shapes by mimicking natural elements, colours and patterns.

The space flows seamlessly from breakout to boardroom to collaborative workstations. This open plan style encourages an easy transition between work modes.
