NPM has partnered with CREO Design Group, Dexus and The GPT Group to deliver a speculative fitout and lift lobby upgrade for Level 28, Australia Square Tower. Today, workplaces are transitioning from strictly corporate to human-centered spaces. Companies are getting their workspaces designed to reflect the organisational culture and to boost employees’ performance levels.
CREO designed the new layout for Australia Square’s Level 28, with a unique flow between workspace, collaboration and meeting spaces, connecting the users through fluid and organic pathways. The meeting rooms feature a curved-glass design, adding to that unique and modern feel.
The colours used throughout the space are neutral and light, featuring earthy and sandy tones combined with textured materials. This has created the new workplace design perfect for a relaxing and calm office vibe with textures that will boost productivity.
Acoustic ceilings are installed in reception and breakout areas, enhancing sound quality in the rooms, and creating an aesthetically pleasing environment. Level 28 workspace now features a balance between the corporate world and the home environment, offering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
