We have recently constructed lift lobby and amenity upgrades to multiple levels at 380 Docklands Drive partnering with Cerno and Brass Tacks for clients LaSalle Investment Management.

Director Michelle Latham from Brass Tacks said ‘Whilst the external building of 380 Docklands presented well, the interiors were bland and lack lustre. The intent behind the refurbishment was to lift the tenant experience, but also create a memorable experience against other similar offerings in a competitive market space. Set against the warmer timbers and stone tile finishes, the vibrant pink ceilings and bold signage bring a dynamic energy to the floors and create a contemporary and casual feel that compliments the wharf location.”
