Angel Place Lift Lobby, Bathroom and Tenancy Upgrade

Working in partnership with AMP Capital at 123 Pitt Street we were engaged to undertake works over multiple floors in the world-class tower, Angel Place.
Renowned for its timeless architecture it was important for our team to maintain the building’s reputation with seamless execution.
The scope of works comprised of two full-floor make goods which included lobbies, bathrooms, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and fire services.
The works needed to exhibit high attention to detail and quality finishes in the final product. The bathroom upgrades were carried out with new flooring and stone vanities and the lobby required new stone tiles and feature ceilings. Polished floors, natural timber create a simple palette and encourage natural light throughout the lobbies and bathrooms.
Our team successfully completed the works as scheduled and kept the working environment safe with minimal disruption for all occupants within the building.
