The owners of this property engaged NPM to undertake the replacement of the existing fire combustible panelling façade.
A “Fire Order” issued by Council to affected high-risk areas identified.
NPM worked closely & provided Council with relevant documentation on behalf of the Client of the new proposed non-combustible panelling in accordance to AS 1530.1 & AS 1530.3.
Remove & replacement of the non-compliant panelling with new approved NC colour matched façade panels in accordance to Australian Standards (AS) within a live environment over 5 specific stages/zones and NPM Traffic Management Plans (TMP) to minimise impact & disruption to the tenants of the building over the project duration. Works coordinated over a 3 week period. NPM Successfully achieved full compliance to council regulations and gained all required council approvals and building compliance.
Works completed by directly employed NPM certified installers.
