NPM was appointed Head Contractor for the asset upgrade at 201 Elizabeth Street project including 1,896 m2 of speculative suites, 9 floors of bathroom & lobby refurbishment and 5 floors of make goods for property owners Charter HallAbacus Property Group.

Working closely in partnership with Charter Hall, Abacus Property Group and Creo Design Group the 7 unique speculative suites were design and constructed within 6 months and multiple stages due to the property’s live commercial environment.

The design and quality craftmanship compliments the A-Grade asset office building and contribute to the building’s innovation.

The 7 Speculative Suites

Each suite draws on their own theme (Rich Sophistication 541m2, Urban Earth 430m2, Sleeked mode 377.5m2, Simplistic Oasis 227m2, 2 Sided Neutral 351m2, Calming Storm 537m2, Polished Future 277m2) but accentuate a dynamic, modern, and flexible work environment for tenants seeking plug and play ready space.

Spatial arrangement of these suite responds to studies that people are more connected if there is a sense of formed communities increasing productivity. Shared tables in social zones, fostering connectivity, allowing people to form relationships, creating networks where teams flourish.

The suites also answer what is the workplace, a place to work, where people come together to collaborate, ideate and learn by designing a flexible and purposeful space programmed for ideation, knowledge sharing and project work

Casual meeting / work areas, including concierge desk (in most suites), has been created in the front of house, located in a circulation route to energise the office teams and allow an exchange of ideas.

Some suite get the pleasure of enjoying uninterrupted views of the Harbour and Botanical Gardens. The space is peppered with tables and chairs for staff to work and enjoy lunch admiring these views. The loose furniture can also be removed creating a large space bathed in light and views for client functions.

Unique features, high-end materials and signature lighting with a centralised Kitchen and Breakout area will service both front of house and workspace.

All suites have open plan work area with access to natural light supported by open project spaces and enclosed focus meeting rooms.
