With 23 years’ experience in construction working through the ranks from an apprentice carpenter to being a Director of NPM. Tammy is responsible for ensuring the successful evolution of seamless business operations, high-performing teams, business transformation, results achievement and compliance.
With over 20 years of experience Tammy is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience within Human Resources and General Business Management coupled with a passion for aligning people and organisational goals.
Steve is responsible for the marketing, systems and processes business unit whose key operating focus is on ensuring the organisational structure contains the dynamics required to keep it in the forefront of modern project delivery while being industry leaders through innovation.
Steve brings over 15 years of experience working across different facades of marketing, business operations and system integrations.
Phillip has lead the Victorian business division for the past three years. Bringing a wealth of experience through the commercial fitout and construction sector, his growth plans and business strategy is driven by the team and culture that surrounds him.
Marie works closely with the Project Managers to provide cost control and financial support on all Projects undertaken by the business.
She has the ability to look beyond the data in order to develop the most cost-effective solutions for key financial decisions for the business. She also produces financial reports, develops strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals of their organisation.
Heading up our projects division is Surya who draws on over 7 years of industry experience managing a group of project managers, site supervisors and project co-ordinators.
Having delivered multiple premium complex multi-million dollar projects himself, he understands insightful and valuable advice on cost-effective solutions and what it takes for perfect project delivery.
With over fifteen (15) years of extensive industry experience, Simone possesses an inborn desire to plan and style intuitive interior designs that exceed clients’ expectations.
A keen eye focused on finer details and quality, along with a client-centred approach to business, Simone has proven herself as an innovative interior designer internationally.
With over 13 years of construction experience, Matthew is responsible for the overall success of each project, with the objective to deliver an exceptional construction experience to our clients, business partners, and employees.
With a unique blend of both office and field supervision experience, Matthew provides excellent value to our projects, with his keen understanding of budget, quality, and schedule.
He holds an NSW and VIC builders license and has developed strong working relationships with multiple repeat clients, delivering exceptional service and upholding NPM’s core values for positive experiences.
Her extensive background in management and client relations contribute to her being an effective organiser and supportive team player. She maintains a high level of customer service to both clients, external stakeholders and internal staff that is in alignment with NPM’s core values.
Oscar has 12 years of experience in commercial construction and 5 years in domestic where he was a site manager before moving into project management and then estimating.
Oscar has managed projects ranging from $200K – $10M for building owners and tenants.
Navid comes with a comprehensive understanding of WHS Act & Regulations, HSEQ Audit and risk assessment.
