Steve is a highly experienced property and facilities management industry leader with a significant international track record of achievement, and an extensive background in strategic, large scale Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management delivery.
He has held multiple executive roles at organisations such as Johnson Controls Europe and JLL Europe and Australasia before becoming CEO of Five D (joint venture between the Commonwealth Bank and Transfield Services). He subsequently led a Management Buy Out of Five D and became Chairman and CEO until selling the business to JLL in 2015.
In 2016 he negotiated the Evolve FM Indigenous joint venture partnership between JLL and Pacific Services Group Holdings, and oversaw its growth as both a Board Director and CEO.
A committed and dedicated property professional with over 40 years’ experience in market-based activities and transactions, together with extensive senior management and executive responsibilities during a 39 year career at JLL
Senior roles at JLL included Managing Director Leasing –Australia and NZ, Managing Director Victoria, Member of their Australian Executive Committee and their Global Leasing Board.
A deep understanding of local, national and international property markets and a strong network in the property and business community founded on a reputation for market knowledge and integrity
Served for 10 years as a Division Councillor, Property Council – Victorian Division including 2 years as Vice President.
James is a highly experienced Chartered Project Manager who leads the national project management team at PwC.
He has a diverse background with qualifications in Construction, Law and Business.
James has worked extensively in Australia, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Europe. His experience, leadership, hands on management, combined with his decision making ability, enables him to effectively manage stakeholder groups to achieve desired objectives.
Linda has over 17 years’ experience in the real estate sector, having held senior roles at both Knight Frank Australia and CBRE. Linda has extensive experience in asset management, across the office, industrial and retail sectors, with a key focus on execution of strategy and delivering outcomes.
Linda currently oversees the asset and funds management platform, including sourcing new opportunities, driving performance in her Position as Partner and Director at Realside, a boutique investment manager.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) from Western Sydney University, an Executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) through the University of Sydney, is a qualified surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of company Directors (GAICD).
In the past, Linda has held Director roles on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and committee membership roles on the Property Council of Australia (PCA) Commercial Office Committee and Learning and Development Committee, all of which she held of numerous years.
Mark Hansen is an experienced Chief Information Officer with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles within the IT Industry, working for major Institutions including the ASX, Citigroup, Westpac, Macquarie Group, Origin Energy and Dexus Property Group. Mark has led full-service technology groups for the past 20 years delivering complex strategies and transformational programs. His breadth and depth of experience across all technology domains has established Mark as a technology leader and major contributor to organisational success through cost effective delivery of technology solutions.
