Faye is experienced at leading successful HR teams and programs in the UK, Southeast Asia, Australasia and across the Asia Pacific region.
As a commercially focused, solutions driven HR executive she has vast experience across business functions, industry sectors and geographies, and is passionate about labour law, talent management and the future of HR and technologies.
Faye holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Employment Relations and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Management.
General Manager WA
Mark is the market lead for NPM in WA, with responsibility for all service offerings and the growing NPM team based in Perth.
An accomplished business development manager, project manager and designer, his combination of skills offer customers a unique and valued perspective.
Mark focuses on quality, budget control, time management, business development and design, instilling his high standards through the growing Perth team.
Chief Executive Officer
Daniel founded NPM with a vision to fundamentally shift the customer and employee experience in the commercial construction industry.
He has successfully grown NPM into a national business that partners with some of Australia’s largest private and public corporations.
Daniel is also part of the executive team at Creo Design Group and NPM Indigenous, and passionately supports First Nations peoples career development in the industry.

Highly accomplished in the design and construction sector Amro has over 21 years’ experience, notably with seven of those as Global Director at Unispace.
Amro oversees our ongoing expansion into emerging markets across Australia and internationally and draws upon a wealth of cross sector expertise to lead our growth.
Amro places significant emphasis on creating an environment for our teams to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences and high quality, innovative service delivery.
Chief Technology and Marketing Officer
Steve is NPM’s Chief Marketing and Technology Officer, with responsibility for the company’s marketing and communications function and leading our ongoing digital transformation.
He is the leader of NPM’s RAP Committee and helps to drive positive change through the company’s philanthropic pursuits.
Prior to joining NPM in 2017, Steve held successive leadership roles in entrepreneurial organisations and delivered incremental growth and customer satisfaction improvements.
National Design Principal
In her extensive and varied 20-year career Simone has been recognised as a creative leader, known for her calm and positive outlook.
Leading the expansion and direction of the Creo team nationally she is responsible for their growth into a multidisciplinary practice operating in high growth sectors.
Under Simone’s guidance the team continue to push creative boundaries, adopting a global view of design progression and incorporating best practice in sustainable design.

With 20 years of industry experience in Sydney and Los Angeles, Matthew has been responsible for driving significant growth agendas in global organisations.
In his role at NPM, he brings an unrivalled strategic vision and partnership focus to the heart of the business. Matthew works with CEOs and boards to address their most critical workplace challenges, using NPM’s bespoke customer solutions.
Before joining NPM, Matthew held Director positions at both Amicus and Unispace.

Shawn is the market lead for NPM in the ACT, with responsibility for all service offerings and the growing NPM team based in Canberra.
With over 20 years industry experience his experience and knowledge play a vital role in steering the team and in offering customers innovative solutions.
Shawn is highly regarded in the industry by clients and subcontractors and focus on customer experience and well-rounded skills give him the tools to deliver projects successfully across all sectors.
General Manager VIC
Phillip is the market lead for NPM in VIC, with responsibility for all service offerings and the growing NPM team based in Melbourne.
Phillip advises our customers on the most innovative and sustainable ways to create new environments for private, public and government sectors.
He has an extensive history of delivering exceptional, customer focused outcomes, growing his team with a customer first philosophy. Phillip believes in diversity of thought, encouraging his team to challenge conventional thinking to deliver successful project outcomes.

Mark is an experienced Chief Information Officer with over 30 years of experience in leadership roles within the IT Industry, working for major Institutions including the ASX, Citigroup, Westpac, Macquarie Group, Origin Energy and Dexus Property Group.
Mark has led full-service technology groups for the past 20 years delivering complex strategies and transformational programs. His breadth and depth of experience across all technology domains has established Mark as a technology leader and major contributor to organisational success through cost effective delivery of technology solutions.

Ian is the market lead for NPM in QLD, with responsibility for all service offerings and the growing NPM team based in Brisbane.
Ian has over 20 years’ experience and has held several roles in the UK and Australia managing commercial, operational and preconstruction teams to achieve the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Customer focused, with commitment to deliver quality at every stage, he has a wealth of technical and commercial skills acquired across a range of demanding roles and provides creative solutions to meet client expectations and objectives.
General Manager NSW
Jonathan is the market lead for NPM in NSW, with responsibility for all service offerings and the growing NPM team based in Sydney.
With vast experience, most recently as Global Capital Works Manager at JLL, and across large scale projects for Lendlease prior to that, Jonathan has delivered for major organisations such as NAB, Telstra, Deutsche Bank and CBA.
Highly accomplished in delivering sustainable projects he is well positioned to lead the NPM team to assist customers in achieving their ESG targets.
Advisor
David is an advisor on the NPM Board sharing knowledge and experience from a 39-year career at JLL, where his roles included Managing Director Leasing – Australasia, Managing Director – Victoria, Member of the Australian Executive Committee and Global Leasing Board.
He has an extensive knowledge of the property industry and served for 10 years as a Division Councilor for the Property Council – Victorian Division including 2 years as Vice President.
David is a passionate advocate for reconciliation and NPM’s strong connection with First Nations businesses.
Advisor
James is a highly experienced Chartered Project Manager and Head of Commercial, Performance and Strategy at Transport for NSW.
He previously led the national project management team at PwC and holds a diverse set of qualifications in construction, law, and business.
James has worked extensively in Australia, Asia, Middle East, Africa, and Europe, gaining valuable experience in leadership, hands on management and decision making, enabling him to effectively manage stakeholder groups to achieve desired objectives.
Advisor
Linda has over 17 years’ experience in the real estate sector, having held senior roles at both Knight Frank Australia and CBRE, and holds a Bachelor of Business from Western Sydney University, an Executive Master of Business Administration through the University of Sydney, is a qualified surveyor and member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Linda currently oversees an asset and funds management platform, including sourcing new opportunities, and driving performance in her position as Partner and Director at Realside, a boutique investment manager.
Chairman
Steve is Chairman at NPM and has an extensive career history in the property and facilities management industry.
He has held multiple executive roles at Johnson Controls Europe and JLL Europe and Australasia before becoming CEO of Five D (joint venture between the Commonwealth Bank and Transfield Services), subsequently leading a management buyout and eventually selling the business to JLL.
Steve also negotiated the Evolve FM Indigenous JV partnership between JLL and Pacific Services Group Holdings and oversaw its growth as Board Director and CEO.
Chief Financial Officer
George has over 20 years of international finance experience, primarily in the professional services sector and was previously CFO at a large, multinational organisation.
His track record of driving continuous double-digit margin improvements in high growth environments, while developing empowered, capable, and engaged finance and operational support teams aligns perfectly with the rapid growth of the NPM brand.
George’s partnership approach connects all parts of the business and helps to drive consistent excellence for all organisational stakeholders.
