Frequently asked questions.

Our recruitment process may vary dependent upon the position.  We will generally ask you to submit a resume and cover letter via email or job portal which will be reviewed by our HR team. If they believe that you would be a good fit for the role they will arrange an initial phone or video interview.  Those successful in the first stage will be invited to attend an interview with the Hiring Manager. For some candidates we may request further information or to take part in an assessment before moving onto background and reference checks and a final offer.
We offer a cadetship program, which is a three year program for recent Construction Graduates. The program focuses on industry learning and a gradual progression of responsibility. Current cadets have had the benefit of collaborating closely with our strong team of Project Managers on delivering projects for high profile clients such as Dexus and GPT. We advertise our cadetship program on our Linked In account @nationalprojects.
